All employees will need to have an updated photo for email signatures and business cards that fit the criteria listed below. The photo must be submitted to Marketing to confirm the formatting is correct and kept on file.
U.S. Employees: If you have a LinkedIn profile, we will automatically migrate your profile photo to a designated location for your new email signature. If that photo does not fit the specs for our email signature template, someone from Marketing will reach out to you for a new photo. This is where you will submit that photo.
If you do not have a LinkedIn profile or would like to use a different photo for your email signature, please upload that image here, using this form.
International Employees: You will receive separate communication with next steps after the Shelter-In-Place protocols have been completely lifted.

All new photos must be submitted by August 3rd.
1. A clear, professional headshot facing the camera (your face should take up approximately 50% of the photo frame)
2. A high-resolution image with a white background in a very well-lit environment or with added lighting
3. Must be a current photo
4. We are representing our amazing company, don’t forget to smile!
5. Professional clothing is required – collared shirts for men are preferred
6. Professional hair style – please show your face as much as possible
7. Be mindful of your posture (sit or stand in an upright position with your back straight and shoulders back)
